Delete your data

1. When does this page apply to you?
You can ask SUUS IQ B.V. to delete your personal data. This applies, among other cases, if you:
- completed a form on one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram;
- have been in contact with us via WhatsApp;
- connected your Facebook or Meta Business account to SUUS;
- have or have had an account with SUUS.
2. How to submit a request
- Send an e-mail to info@suusiq.com with the subject “Deletion request”.
- State the telephone number or e-mail address you used, so that we can find your data. Do not enclose a copy of an identity document.
- We confirm receipt of your request within five working days.
If you connected your Facebook account to SUUS, you can also remove the connection yourself via Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → SUUS → Remove, and there choose to delete your data. We then receive that request automatically.
3. What we delete and when
- Your enquiry and answers, the associated assessment, your WhatsApp conversation with us and any connections to your Meta account, no later than 30 days after receipt of your request.
- Data that we are legally required to retain, such as invoices (7 years), is exempt from this.
- If you were approached on behalf of one of our customers, we forward your request to that customer and help them carry it out.
4. Data held by Meta itself
Data that Meta holds about you is managed through the settings of your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account. You can read more about how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.
